If it's on the website, it's in stock. Hardware orders ship from California, USA, and may take up to 10 business days to get out the door.

Refund policy

Hardware and physical products:

If you decide a module isn’t for you, do not fear, just get in touch! We happily take returns on hardware products within 14 days of receipt of products. Returns must be in new condition, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid return authorization. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please reach out through our contact form or just reply to the order confirmation or shipment email for help.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, clothing, or replacement panels.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Software:

To return purchases made through third parties, please contact them directly. We are unable to assist with purchases made through the Avid or Reason stores.
