Refund and Return Policy
If you decide a module isn’t for you, do not fear, just get in touch! We happily take returns on hardware products within 30 days of receipt of products. Returns must be in new condition, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid return authorization. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This covers processing and distribution fees we pay on returned items. Please reach out through our
contact form or just reply to the order confirmation or shipment email for help. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable itemsUnfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, clothing, software, or replacement panels.
SoftwareFor Reason products, please contact the Reason Shop. For Noise Engineering Plugins, please download the Freequel Bundle to determine whether they are compatible with your system before buying software.
RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and you will receive an confirmation email. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
